Quinoa Apple Allergen-free Muffin (gf)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa Flour
  • 12 cup Arrowroot S, + 1/3 cup
  • 2 12 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 12 teaspoon Xanthum Gum
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 12 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 12 cups Liquid, (I use 3/4 cup apple juice concentrate with 3/4 cup apple juice to mellow out the strong flavor of the quinoa flour, but you can substitute other juice or water)
  • 14 cup Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Egg Replacer
