  • 12 cup Apple Cider
  • 14 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 whole Fresh Sage, whole leaves
  • 14 cup fat reserved from turkey cavities
  • 1 whole Turkey Leg, (thigh and drumstick)
