- 2 cans Plum Tomato (Italian), 14.5oz can, undrained and chopped
- 1 can Pinto Beans, 15oz can, no salt added, drained
- 1 can Tomato Sauce, 7.75oz can, mexican hot-style
- 8 ounces Ham Hock, smoked
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Queso Fresco, crumbled
- 1⁄2 cup Green Onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 Limes, cut into wedges
