  • 1 12 kilograms Chicken Breast, skinned and washed
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger, finely grated
  • 150 grams Plain Yogurt, natural set
  • 1 medium Brown Onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Dried Red Chillies, chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons Ghee, (can be substituted with cooking oil)
  • 450 grams Brown Onion, finely sliced
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 225 milliliters Warm Water
  • 75 grams Coconut Milk
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 75 grams Coconut Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Almonds, ground
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander Leaf, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Basmati Rice, to serve
