19 oz. Cans or 4 ea., Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

2 1/4 lbs. Alaska Surimi Seafood, flaked

2 ea. Red onion, finely chopped

24 ea. Slices of Italian baguette, 1/2' thick, toasted
