Sauce:
2 TB vegetable oil
2 TB ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 TB salted beans, rinsed, drained
¼ c. dry sherry
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB oyster sauce
1 TB honey
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 TB cornstarch mixed with ¼ c. water
