1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced finely, 3 cloves
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 raw egg yolk room temperature
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (substitute rice wine vinegar)4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan Plenty of fresh ground black pepper
