Chicken Divan

Ingredients

Bake 3-4 chicken breasts, cool & cut-up into pieces8 oz. of Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese, grated1 can of Cream of Chicken soup (regular or low-fat)1 cup Mayo (Hellmann's) Do NOT use Miracle WhipBroccoli (fresh steamed about a bunch of it or frozen broccoli (use fresh it is much better) drainedLayer the bottom of a 9x13' casserole dish with the broccoli, than layer the cut-up chicken breasts. Mix together soup and mayo and spread on top of the chicken. Layer the grated Cracker Barrel cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hr. at 350F. Serve with baguette bread put through the slicer put butter on the bread slices and garlic powder (bake about 7 minutes - I put it under the casserole the last 7 or so minutes). Serve with a side salad, use Paul Newsman's Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
