Several florets of cauliflower (chopped)
6 large white mushrooms (sliced)
2 teaspoons dry basil
1/4 c. Balsamic Vinegar
Prepared spaghetti (or any other pasta)
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Crumbled Feta Cheese
