1-1/4 cups  crumbled ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato, divided
2 Tbsp. milk
1 pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup  green onion slices
2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
