- 12 chicken tenderloins
- 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 400g can julienne carrots, well drained
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- Oil for cooking
- Cooked wild rice and Indian bread for serving
