Tandoori Chicken With Sweet Carrot Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Leggo’s Tomato Paste
  • 3 tbsp Indian Tandoori paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 12 chicken tenderloins
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 400g can julienne carrots, well drained
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • Oil for cooking
  • Cooked wild rice and Indian bread for serving
