  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 red capsicum, chopped, (about 2/3 cup)
  • 1 tspn. grd. coriander
  • 1 tspn. grd. cumin
  • 1/2 tspn. chilli pdr.
  • 500g finely minced "Trim" beef
  • 425g can chopped tomatoes
  • 150ml beef stock
  • 50g (1/3 cup) sultanas
  • 440g can three bean mix, drained
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley, to garnish.
  • Topping:
  • 250g (2 cups) S.R flour
  • 1 tspn. baking pdr.
  • 60g butter, diced
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 50g tasty cheese, finely grated
  • 150ml milk.
