  • 1/3 cup finely chopped chives
  • 1 lemon, rind grated & 1 tbs juice
  • 16 small bream fillets, skin on (approx. 175g each)
  • 30g butter, softened
  • 1 tbs plain flour
  • 11/4 cups white wine
