  • 1 x 200g container natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbs tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Pinch of salt
  • Woolworths baby spinach leaves, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • Rice Salad to serve
  • 250g (11/4 cups) brown rice
  • 65g (1/2 cup) slivered almonds
  • 2 carrots, peeled, finely shredded
  • 3 green shallots, ends trimmed, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt
