Ingredients
- 1 1/2lbs sirloin, or higher quality, steak
- 4T butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-3t red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into about 1" pieces
- 8oz fresh baby spinach
- about 1oz fresh arugala leaves(optional)
- 1lb fresh mushrooms, quartered or sliced
- 1lb rice noodles, soaking in hot water
- 1/3 cup fresh lime and/or lemon juice(I used 1/4 cup lime, and topped it off with lemon :)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup peanut oil(or canola or other vegetable oil)
- 2t dry or concentrated Thai seasoning(this can be found in toothpaste looking tubes in your grocer's produce section...it contains ginger, lemon grass, cilantro, etc)
- 2T fresh dill, minced or sub 1T dry dill weed
- 1T worcestershire sauce
- 2T fish sauce
- 2T honey
- 1/2-1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup sliced, roasted almonds(I used garlic flavored :)
- 1 cup french fried onions(I used black pepper flavored:)
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
