Ingredients

  • ¼ Carrot- julienne
  • 150g Broccoli- cut into flowerets
  • 150g Cauliflower- cut into flowerets
  • 4 Snow Peas
  • ¼ Red Capsicum- julienne
  • 2 Red Chilli- each cut into 5
  • 1 Clove Garlic- crushed
  • 5 Heads of baby tinned corn
  • A Handful of bean sprouts
  • 50g Cabbage- sliced
  • 1 Tbs oil
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce (and additional to taste)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp basil
  • Option: Add 150g lean beef- diced
