  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice , freshly squeezed
  • 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter , (3/4 stick)
  • 1 medium Onion , peeled and diced fine
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic , fresh
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Italian Fresh , stems removed, leaves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Basil Fresh , stems removed, leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan , freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper , freshly ground
  • 1 Tbsp Chive Fresh , chopped for garnish
