500 grams pork loin sliced thinly1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter
2 strips orange peel
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
1 medium broccoli
1 medium carrot ( cut the way you like it)
1 large bell pepper cut into strips
3/4 cup fresh orange juice ( about 2 oranges )
2 tsp chili pepper flakes
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp corn starch
1/4 cup of water ( when needed)
