Pink Champagne Cake

This was originally a wedding cake, but it is way to good to wait for a wedding. Making this cake into a normal everyday cake was not easy. The original recipe was way too dense, but I finally got it together!! Now it's light ,fluffy and before you know it you've ate 3 pieces! And the frosting, please don't get me started, I would eat it on my cereal if I could. It's creamy and a pefect compliment to this cake. This is a great ending to a romantic meal with someone special!!
