Argentine Empanadas


The Pastry Dough:
6 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cold butter
1 cup iced cold water

The Empanada Filling:
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 bag of Frozen Vegetable Mix (Carrots, Corn, and Peas)
1.5 Ibs. Ground Beef
5 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 cup Green Olives, chopped
1 cup Raisins
1 Tablespoon Go ya Adobe Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp.Oregano

Egg Wash (1 egg w/a Tbsp. water)
