1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup butternut squash cut in 1- inch chunks
1 1/2 cups diced canned tomatoes
16 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut in 4 pieces)
1 cup zucchini, cut in 1-inch chunks
3 tablespoons raisins

3/4 cup cous cous
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup toasted almond slivers
