1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream

1 envelope (1/4 ounce) (7 grams) of unflavored powdered gelatin

1/4 cup (60 ml) strawberry puree

8-10 large Strawberries

1/4 cup (60 ml) strained apricot preserves
