Beef Lasagne (easy Pantry Version)

Ingredients

  • MEAT SAUCE
  • 500g of Lean Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
  • 1 Medium Brown Onion (Diced)
  • 2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Jar of Plain Spaghetti / Pasta Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dried Mixed Italian Herbs
  • 1 Litre (4 Cups) of Vegetable Stock (use Beef Stock if you prefer)
  • BECHAMEL CHEESE SAUCE
  • 50g of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Flour
  • 1 Litre of Milk
  • 2 Cups of Tasty Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)
  • Plus enough dry lasagne pasta sheets to fill your baking dish
  • (I used 2 packets)
