Pea & Ham Soup


  • 1 packet of green split peas, prepared (soak for 8 hrs, then rinse, then boil for 30 mins, then rinse)
  • 1 ham bone
  • 2 carrots, finely diced
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1.5 litres of chicken stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Pepper


Pea & Ham Soup - Use Your Left Over Christmas Ham To Make A Big Batch Of This. Store In Containers In The Freezer. Add A Little Extra Water, Then Heat And Serve. Delicious, Healthy, Cheap & Utilizes Leftovers
