- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- MANGO & PINEAPPLE SALSA
- 1 x 450g can crushed pineapple in natural juice, drained
- 1 large mango, diced small
- 1/2 medium red pepper, diced small
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T chopped coriander
- 1/4 t sea salt
