- * 600g pork & veal mince
- * 1/4 cup tomato paste
- * 1 can chopped tomatoes
- * splash of red wine
- * 1/2 cup beef stock
- * 1/4 bunch chopped silverbeet
- * Salt / pepper to taste
- * Fresh herbs - I use basil & parsley
- * 60g butter
- * 1 tsp mustard
- * 3/4 cup plain flour
- * 900ml milk
- * 1 tspn nutmeg
- * 1 cup grated cheese
- * Fresh lasagne sheets
- * Extra cheese
- * Bottle of passata (sieved tomatoes - from the pasta section of the supermarket)
Description
Lasagne - Feel Free To Chop And Change The Vegies In This Recipe. I Basically Use Whatever's In The Fridge. If You Can't Find Fresh Lasagne Sheets, You Can Use The Dried Type, But Make Sure You Assemble The Lasagne When The Meat And Cheese Sauces Are Stil
