Ingredients

  • 675g salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 125ml Dijon mustard
  • 350ml mayonnaise
  • 190g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 155g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (500g) block puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 egg white, beaten

Description
