  • 125ml chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon capers, chopped
  • 4 anchovy fillets, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
