  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 450g beansprouts
  • 110g grated carrots
  • 4 tablespoons chopped spring onions
  • 75g chopped, unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
