- 3 tablespoons chicken stock powder
- 4 bone-in chicken breast
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 fresh red chillies, halved and seeded
- 2 large cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 shallots, peeled and minced
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 juniper berries, crushed
- 10 whole peppercorns
- 3 whole cloves
- 5cm cinnamon stick
- 2 1/4 cups (560ml) Burgundy or other dry red wine
- 1 cup (250ml) chicken stock
- 60g dark cooking chocolate, grated
Description
Chicken Breasts Are Marinated In Condensed Milk Then Fried Before Being Served With A Chocolate And Vegetable Sauce. Although This Sounds Unusual It Tastes Really Good.
