2 tsp salt
1/2 cup tomato puree or ketchup
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp oil

For the meatball:
1/2 chicken breast or 200gm meat-minced
1/2 cup mashed potato
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp bread  crumbs
1 yolk.
