  • 1½ tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 25 g butter, melted
  • LEMON AND CAPER DIP
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon bottled capers, drained and chopped
  • finely grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • TO SERVE
  • wedges of lemon
