- 1 tablespoon diced dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 kg jewfish steaks
- 4 sprigs fresh dill to garnish
Description
A Great Lemon Based Marinade For Jewfish Steaks Before Chucking Them On The BBQ. One Or Two Hours Of Marinating Is All That Is Required, Any Longer And It Negatively Effects The Texture Of The Fish.
