Ingredients

  • 250g plain creamy yoghurt
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh mint, chopped (dill works well too)
  • Flaked salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
