  • 2 oz thinly sliced button mushrooms
  • 8 oz bacon crisped in microwave
  • Quarter C of grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Half C milk
  • A few drops of Tabasco
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 18 cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • Half tsp. chopped fresh lemon thyme
  • Half C grated cheddar cheese
  • Non stick cooking spray
