Rabbit Stew With Dumplings

  • 2 rabbits, jointed (go free range! more meat, less tough)

  • olive oil

  • 10 rashers bacon/prociutto/smoked ham
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 350g mushrooms (pick a range, or plain ol' button's will do)
  • 1 onion, cut into quarters
  • 1 750ml bottle Tooheys Old
  • 750ml Chicken Stock
