- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary, crumbled
- 3 x shallots, chopped
- 1 c. beef stock or possibly canned
- Â Â unsalted beef broth
- 3 x boneless chicken breast
- Â Â halves, cut in strips
- 2/3 c. freshly grated parmesan
- Â Â cheese, (about 2 ounces)
- 4 ounce fresh shiitake mushrooms or possibly
- Â Â button mushrooms, sliced
- Â Â roasted garlic toasts, (see separate recipe)
- Â Â additional freshly grated
- Â Â parmesan cheese
- 1Â 1/2 c. warm water
- 6 x bacon slices, chopped
- Â Â chopped fresh Italian parsley
- Â Â salt and fresh grnd pepper
- 1Â 1/4 c. half and half
