- 3/4 C. peanut butter
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 C. confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pre-baked (9 or 10-inch) pie shell or graham cracker crust
- roasted peanuts, for garnish
