  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or to taste
  • 3 drops Tabasco or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • juice of half a lime
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
