- 1/4 c. vegetable oil for frying

- 1/2 c. plum jam
- 1 sm onion, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce or possibly to taste
- 3 dsh Tabasco or possibly to taste
- 1 Tbsp. tamari
- 1 x juice of half a lime
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
