  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mild Curry Powder
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots
  • 2 cups Each of Broccoli and Cauliflower
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Light Ranch Dressing
  • 6 litres Water (Approximately)
  • 3/4 pound Spaghetti Pasta (375 gms)
  • Parmesan Cheese, Low-Fat
  • Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil Leaves
