Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups Gruyere Cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups Swiss Emmental Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch (Optional)
  • 4 tablespoons Kirsch or Cherry Liquor
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper (Optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (Optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika (Optional)
  • Choice #2:
  • 1 box of Swiss Knight Cheese Fondue
  • 1/4 teaspoon Peppercorns (Optional)
  • Water

Veggies

  • 8 button Mushrooms
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • 8 pieces of Asparagus
  • 1/2 each of Yellow, Orange and Red Bell Peppers

Bread

  • 1 loaf Un-Sliced Bread (Alpine or 7 Grain)
