  • 90g (1/2 cup) burghul
  • 45g (1/3 cup) slivered almonds
  • 2 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 250g (1 punnet) cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 small red capsicum, halved, deseeded, diced
  • 55g (1/2 cup) bean salad sprouts
  • 2 tbs sunflower seed kernels
  • sesame dressing

  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
