- 125ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
- 1 200g container skim milk natural yoghurt
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved, deseeded, chopped
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Cooked basmati rice and pappadums, to serve
