  • 1 bunch (about 10) spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2cm piece ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbs sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar
  • Steamed rice and coriander, to serve
