- 150g punnet oyster mushrooms, ends trimmed, coarsely torn
- 1 bunch baby bok choy, quartered lengthways
- 5cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, cut into matchsticks
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
