1 medium Yellow Onion, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoon Orange Zest (colored portion of peel), minced
2 cups Cherries, pitted
teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon FreshRosemary Leaves, minced
cup Cherry Preserves
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
teaspoon Ground Cloves
