- 2 Hard-Cooked Eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (2)
- 4 anchovy fillets, drained, rinsed, and patted dry (optional)
- Fresh tarragon (optional)
