  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 6 ounce can crabmeat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
  • 1/2 cup coarsely crushed saltine crackers (10 crackers)
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
