  • 1 tablespoon finely shredded orange peel
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
